Liverpool’s pre-season has kicked off with two wins against Tranmere and FC Lucerne but more than results, it’s the performances which supporters and the manager are taking note of. And one man has caught the eye more than most, young Spanish forward Dani Pacheco.
Pacheco was lured from the Barcelona under 18’s last summer, much like Cesc Fabregas was previously, and much to Barca’s anger – describing it as a “great loss” for them.
The 5′ 6 inch forward has won the U17 championships with Spain and is thought of very highly at Liverpool.
