Rafael Benitez will start with Fernando Torres and new signing Robbie Keane for the first time this afternoon as Liverpool take on Rangers at Ibrox in a pre-season friendly.
Expected to be the new first choice strike partnership, this will be the first time the pair have played together and Torres’ first start of the pre-season campaign.
Dirk Kuyt also starts in an attacking right midfield position adjacent to Yossi Benayoun, who today has been linked with a move to Roma, on the left.
