Liverpool will face Burnley at home in the fourth round of the FA Cup, if they can overcome Reading in their third round replay.

The Reds were held to a 1-1 draw by the Championship outfit on Saturday meaning they must replay on Wednesday, January 13th at Anfield (8pm kick off).

Elsewhere Arsenal came from behind to defeat West Ham 2-1, Chelsea hammered Watford 5-0 and yesterday Everton scored two late goals to defeat Carlisle 3-1. Preston were the third round’s biggest winners, 7-0 against Colchester.

Wow we were rubbish, and have been for the last 4 months. Come on you reds, wake up and start playing some free flowing football. This is an unnecessary replay.

Reds Reds!!! Surely its high time we truely show what we are made of. We played badly against Reading but we have a second chance to reedem ourselves then afterwards face Burnley who we have already beaten this season & at Anfield, I don’t see them having any chance of pulling an upset. Go Reds go!!!

haqeem: i share your view. we are not going anywhere with RAFA. we played poorly against Reading b`cos he selected a team without a creative midfielder- bounayoun / aquilani. how then do the strikers recieve passes. i was suprise that these guys were fit.

lousy coach, hope you do not make such nasty mistake against Reading at Anfield.– if you loss at home to Reading- then you should resign or face the music.
