News International last night announced that a Sunday edition of their newspaper, The Sun, will launch next week, on the day of Liverpool’s Carling Cup Final against Cardiff City at Wembley.

The lies printed in the wake of the Hillsborough disaster started The Boycott which continues today.

In the wake of many other scandals involving the newspaper – and it’s former Sunday version, The News of the World, it has garnered support from thousands of people not related to Liverpool FC.

    I said to Roger Phillips on Radio Merseyside the day the NOTW was closed that Murdoch would just make a return with a Sun on Sunday.  He’s also craftily sacked the NOTW staff and the new rag will not be re-employing them but using existing Sun staff to produce the Sunday version.

    Anyway just don’t buy any of them.
