Liverpool are a top priced 2.15 with Paddy Power to win their game against Spurs tonight and maintain their 100% home record.

Kenny Dalglish‘s side come into the clash on a high having knocked City of the the Carling Cup, United out of the FA Cup and thrashed Wolves 3-0 away in the league.

They are playing their best football of the season, and the passion among the players is really delivering the goods.

However this game offers a real test as Harry Redknapp’s side have themselves been in top form and currently sit in third place in the league having played some superb football this season.

The Londoners have won six out of eight games against Liverpool in all competitions under Redknapp, and have lost just two of the last 10 Premier League away matches (W6 D2 L2).

That makes them formidable opponents, and Liverpool will have to be more clinical than they have been at Anfield if they are to bag all three points.

The Reds have not lost at home all season, but what is worrying is that they have drawn seven of those 11 games.

However spirits have never been higher at the club than they are at present, and if they can carry on in the same vein as there last three games then I would like to think they can get the job done.

on the team news front the good news is that Luis Suarez is back in the squad after being suspended since Boxing Day, and Captain Steven Gerrard is also included after being rested for the trip to Molineux last time out.

Suarez had been superb prior to his enforced spell on the sidelines, and he is the type of player who can cause Spurs real problems.

He will be hungry to get back to doing what he does best – scoring goals – and is a 6.5 chance with Boylesports and Paddy Power to net the opener.

Providing he starts that looks a decent price, as does the 2.62 with Paddy Power about him to score anytime.

If he starts on the bench then Craig Bellamy, who has been outstanding all season, looks a viable alternative in the first scorer market at 8 with Paddy Power.

In what promises to be a real cracker, I am hoping that Liverpool can do enough to edge what is a fascinating clash and like the look of a 2-1 victory at 9 with Betfred.
