Liverpool’s under 21 side saw off Fulham 3-0 at the academy on Monday afternoon.
Teams are allowed three overage players in their matchday squad, and thus Joe Cole started for the Reds, opening the scoring early on. Adam Morgan and Kristjan Adorjan completed a comfortable win for the youngsters in front of manager Brendan Rodgers and assistant Colin Pascoe.
