Liverpool take on the South Wales side on Saturday, December 21st at home, with the away game in Cardiff on Saturday, March 22nd 2014.

The clubs have a mutual agreement to lower the ticket price for away supporters by £10 for each other’s game.

A statement from Liverpool FC reveals that the action was agreed in consultation with the club’s Supporters’ Committee.

Liverpool and Cardiff have been speaking over the past few days and LFC consulted with the official Liverpool FC Supporters’ Committee, who agreed this would be a good thing to do, particularly around the festive period when games are coming thick and fast.

The club also announced that this latest £10 discount for the trip to Cardiff later in the season is in addition to the discount of £2-£4 on all away tickets throughout 2013/14.

The Football Supporters’ Federation has recently been calling for lower away ticket prices in their campaign, ‘Twenty’s Plenty’.
