Liverpool players and staff, plus opponents Crystal Palace, lined up to honour Steven Gerrard ahead of his final appearance for the Reds at Anfield.

Gerrard entered the pitch with his three daughters. The Kop and Lower Centenary stands held aloft a mosaic for the departing captain.
