Video: Carragher, Neville, Henry discuss Mario Balotelli’s Liverpool exit

Sky Sports’ Monday Night Football saw Jamie Carragher, Gary Neville and Thierry Henry discuss Mario Balotelli’s imminent exit from Liverpool.

Balotelli is undergoing a medical ahead of a season long loan move back to AC Milan – from where Liverpool signed him for £16 million exactly a year ago today.

“I still can’t believe that they signed him,” said Carragher.

“I don’t think he was a a Liverpool player, he never looked like a Liverpool player for me,” said Henry.

“The question about him is whether he’s ever going to change,” adds Neville. “There isn’t a great deal of evidence to suggest he is going to change, too many managers have had him now.”

Balotelli scored four goals and started just 14 times in all competitions for Liverpool last season.
