Liverpool will play Spanish side Atletico Madrid as their final warm-up game for the 2009/10 campaign at Anfield.
It will be the first chance that Reds striker Fernando Torres has had to play against his former club, after missing both legs of their Champions League encounter this season through injury.
The match will be played on Saturday, August 8th with a 3pm kick-off, and ticket details will be officially announced by the club next month.
