Return of The King

Rumours have been abound for a while now that Rafa was looking to bring Kenny Dalglish back to the club, although in what capacity no-one could be sure. Academy Director was mooted when these rumours first surfaced, but there has been nothing from the club itself as to how true these rumours were.

Now this morning, it has leaked on the forums from regular poster dannysingh that a deal has finally been struck, and The King will be returning to Anfield, 18 years after his departure.

Danny says the leak has come ‘from a source close to the club’, so while there is nothing official yet, it is entirely possible that an announcement will be forthcoming shortly.
