This is so funny, I hear more about Chelsea on this site than the club this site was created for. Goodness Liverpool should not be represented by the colour red but rather the colour Green, you guys are so envious about Chelsea its hilarious. Say all you want about Chelsea now because after the semis you will have F#@k all to say when we are off to Athens. Truth is Liverpool fans cant get their thoughts out of the past, your days of being a great side are over, move over for the colour blue. You guys would give your left testicle to be in Chelsea's position you just suck at admitting it. No Backbone, what a bunch of cowards.

with regards to this current blog, i think it is very clear that rafa is placing the slide rule over bellamy for the rest of the reason before he makes up his mind as to if he will let him go. it seems rafa is unpleased with his attitude, especially since he removed him almost immediately after he was clear through on goal against reading but elected to go down for a penalty. i almost felt sorry for him on his substitution because he was working hard, things were just really not going his way. the reality is, bellamy is a fantastic player, but he really isn't used to life at a big club yet. hopefully during the rest of the season he will grow a little more accustomed to this and put his head down and do what he has to do. obviously rafa is looking for a striker over the summer, but as of now, who knows what's going to happen. we would obviously get decent return in terms of funds if we sold him as he has played well for us and we only got him for 6...which is a steal really. personally, i dont think we should get rid of him just yet. let him have another year.

really, i dont know what rafa is going to do with the strikers. i assume that kuyt and crouch are definites for next year...but other than that...with regards to fowler and bellamy, i dont know what he is going to do. they are both fantastic, and i think that robbie has a few years left in him, and bellamy just needs to get his head right. but who knows what rafa will do? i'm very nervous about all this transfer gossip regarding a big swoop for someone like villa, eto'o, or torres, etc...because it's a very risky business. they will cost sooo much money and i seriously doubt any of them would make a massive impact in the first year they were here. it's almost worth spending inflated price on a proven premiership player rather than pay big bucks on a gamble who probably won't settle into the english game for atleast a year. i dont know the exact stats, but i cant remember the last time a player made a tremendous impact on a team in his first year in England. i'm just not sure who i would go for...thank god we have rafa to sort this out!

Lads,

At the end of the day, as long as we are talking about players on other teams, there will always be a risk that he might be a complete flop when he does arrive here. Look at Morientes...It's just one for keeping some hope and excitement for next season, lads, so let the banter continue!!

Like some have pointed out, on to Moron, the special one...

"Revenge is not for me in football or life," said Mourinho, whose side will be at home for the first leg on 25 April.

"It is a tie where we know we start from behind and why is simple: Liverpool play only in the Champions League and Chelsea plays in the Champions League, Premiership and FA Cup.

"And we have players suspended and on yellow cards. Liverpool is in a very clean situation so I think they start in front of us."

What a wanker, get a life.... I am sure Gerry is sprucing something up for this one, eh?
Damn right, Rafa, for giving it to him..

We continued to plead for the likes of Eto and others, but once again I'll remind people, where was Eto when we beat Barca. And as someone rightly said on this blog about Villa was he playing if so which one was he. He was outshone and outplayed by Morientes. Yes he's a legend but he's not worth 20 million anymore.

On the subject of Bellamy, I stated last blog that he's a cranky little shit, but like all explosive machines he can frustrate and exicite in the same game.

I personally don't think he'll be at Anfield next year, Mr B doesn't really like players who are not team orientated. Just as I may add is Cisse according to some.

Although I think both of them are come back to haunt you players. (Wherever they go)

Bellamy is a good player, but Liverpool should be moving up to the next level next year with the expected cash flow, i think its more about putting him in the shop window at this stage, that is before his injury happened. I dont expect to see him at Anfield next year, Kuyt, Crouch and Voronin will be, and i think there will be one big money signing up front. We need it, first of all i have to state Dirk Kuyt is a massive player and we play much better when he plays so he has to start every game if possible, but he just does not score enough. When things are tough he tries to go back and help in midfield, defence or setting up other players for a chance on goal, all great attributes and it makes him a great team player but we need one totally selfish son of a bitch who only thinks about putting the ball in the back of the net.
Someone like Eto`o should be our main striker next year with Kuyt alongside.

Just heard Cisse has been linked with Bolton.

Jesus, Imagine that, Cisse, Anelka and Diouf all playing together. Ah fuck it, they should try see if they could sign Lauren Robert as well just for the laugh. Thats a punch-up waiting to happen!

hahahaha

It's about time Rafa commented on this buffoon. For so long Rafa has been dignified, graceful and very very respectful of all teams and managers. This deluded one just can't stop getting a dig in.

So good on ya' Rafa

"We were good friends until we started beating them"....class!

Fookin love it!!!

I think everyone on this site knows Bellamy is a class player. Responses on previous blogs have shown we have welcomed him into the club with open arms. We all knew about his streak but as Gerry says its about channeling that anger. We saw glimpses of this vs Barcelona and Newcastle. All in all he is a very good addition to the squad. Thats the word he needs to get into his head. Without disrepecting other teams he would have been given star treatment and most of the attacking football will have been developed around him. The difference is he is not getting that same level of individual treatment. But I still think he will knuckle down. He'll always have ding dongs he'll always sulk but as long as he channels that frustration towards the opposition I'll be happy!

If we look at our striker set up we have someone for every possible formation and strategy. I'd want to keep that level of options and I'm sure Rafa does too! Bellamy himself knows this is only the beginning of his LFC experience and even he is not that thick to f*ck it up! Remember what he said when he joined! No other team will afford him the opportunities at this level anywhere else in the world!!!! So as a footballer if he wants to win teh big cups play in the big games that'll only happen at LFC and through Rafa. Personally I don't want him to leave, just want him to get more hungry and angry at the opposition.

Maybe we should start some rumours about his missus and the next opposition teams' goalkeeper and entire back line sh*gging. That'd get him going....lol

I think if we are all honest we're more worried about that racoon Cisse rather than Bellamy. If he comes back that could really mess us up!

However still on for No. 6 and still lovin' the team
