After demolishing Rangers 4-0 at Ibrox in spectacular fashion, Liverpool start to wind-up their pre-season preparations with a trip to Norway.
In their penultamate friendly, Rafael Benitez’s men take on Valerenga on Tuesday night, a week before their Champions League Qualifier against Belgium’s Standard Liege.
Benitez is without the injured Philipp Degen and Olympic trio Ryan Babel, Lucas Leiva and Javier Mascherano - part from that there’s a full squad to choose from. The likes of Reina, Torres and Gerrard are expected to play over 45 minutes to build their match fitness levels.
Kick off is 6pm, UK time. The match is live on Setanta and LFC TV.
