Peter Crouch has been given just rewards for his hat trick on Saturday and starts alongside Dirk Kuyt in Eindhoven tonight.

Fabio Aurelio continues at left back, with Riise coming back in on left midfield - Gonzales drops to the bench.

Stevie Gerrard moves to the right of midfield in place of Pennant.
