Liverpool have been drawn at home to Cardiff in the fourth round of the Carling Cup to set up a return for Reds idol Robbie Fowler, who joined the Bluebirds on a free transfer this summer.

Fowler scored twice in Cardiff’s 4-2 win over West Brom in the last round and has started to show his class alongside Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink now the two have gained match fitness. The legendary Liverpool forward scored twice in their 2-2 draw against Preston last weekend aswell.

The match will take place on Tues 30th October or Wednesday 31st.
