Sissoko set for £8.2million exit
Written by Max Munton on January 28th, 2008

Liverpool midfielder Momo Sissoko looks almost certain to have played his final game for the club with an £8.2million move to Juventus set to go through before the transfer deadline day.

Juventus have until the 31st of January to seal the €11million move for the Mali international, who is currently on international duty at the African Cup of Nations.

Reports in Italy suggest Sissoko has been in contract negotiations in Turin over the weekend and is set to sign a four year deal with the Serie A outfit.

Sissoko has made just six starts in the Premier League after losing his place in the Rafael Benitez’s midfield pecking order to Argentine international Javier Mascherano.
