After Tottenham‘s defeat at Manchester City on Tuesday night, victory for Liverpool this Sunday at a roaring Anfield will be enough to secure fifth spot in the Premier League and qualification for next season’s Europa League.

It’s been quite some journey for Liverpool this season – new managers, new owners, new players, a relegation battle, but to have still been in with a chance of a Champions League place with two games to go is a testament to the club’s resolve and mainly one man in particular, King Kenny.

Anfield will be buzzing on Sunday afternoon after news that Dalglish has signed a three year deal to be restored to permanent manager of the club, from his caretaker role, along with coach Steve Clarke.

Here are the statistics ahead of Sunday’s 4pm kick-off at Anfield, thanks to our friends at kickoff.co.uk
