The Reds are without Alberto Moreno after the Spaniard picked up an injury in training yesterday. That means James Milner – who missed last week’s match due to illness – comes into the side, with Nathaniel Clyne switching to left-back and Milner at right-back.

Dejan Lovren and Mamadou Sakho continue at centre-back, with Emre Can and Jordan Henderson in front of them.

The attacking quartet of Adam Lallana, Philippe Coutinho, Roberto Firmino and Daniel Sturridge also continue.

Kick off at Old Trafford is 8.05pm (GMT).
