Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish was left as frustrated and bewildered by his side’s 2-1 defeat to the hands of Wigan at Anfield on Saturday night as any Reds fan.
It was Liverpool’s fifth league defeat in six games as the Reds’ season gets from bad to worse. However their place in the FA Cup semi-finals is a shining light in a quickly dimming campaign.
Dalglish was left to rue his side’s three games in less than a week – with today’s defeat at Wigan following an FA Cup 6th Round win over Stoke and midweek league defeat at QPR.
