Liverpool’s 24-man senior squad for the 2025/26 Premier League campaign has now been submitted, including seven players who qualify as homegrown.
The Reds are currently top of the Premier League after three wins from three so far and are poised for a strong defence of their title.
Arne Slot‘s squad has been subject to change since their last outing, with Alexander Isak arriving from Newcastle on deadline day while Harvey Elliott, Kostas Tsimikas and James McConnell left on loan.
Liverpool have now submitted their finalised senior squad for the first half of 2025/26.
Premier League rules stipulate that a maximum of 25 players over the age of 21 can be registered, provided at least eight of those qualify as homegrown.
There are seven homegrown players in Slot’s squad, those being: Freddie Woodman, Fabian Mrozek, Joe Gomez, Rhys Williams, Conor Bradley, Jeremie Frimpong and Curtis Jones.

Goalkeeper Mrozek and centre-back Williams are almost certain not to be involved in the league campaign but are registered for age purposes having failed to secure moves away in the transfer window.
The same applies to right-back Calvin Ramsay – who will stay with the U21s along with Mrozek and Williams – but as the Scot is not eligible as a homegrown player he takes a senior spot.
Liverpool were not required to register the likes of Rio Ngumoha, Giovanni Leoni, Trey Nyoni, Stefan Bajcetic, Jayden Danns and Armin Pecsi.
That is due to those being classed as under-21, as players born on or after January 1, 2004.
