It has been another busy day on the transfer front at Liverpool, with both an outgoing and incoming medical taking place.

Today’s Main LFC Headline
Yesterday, Luis Diaz boarded a flight to Munich to seal his move to Bayern Munich.
The 28-year-old underwent a medical earlier today, with his £65 million switch to the Bundesliga champions on the verge of being announced.
Meanwhile, Liverpool are set to complete the signing of Salford City striker Will Wright, pipping Arsenal to his signature.

This Is Anfield understands the Reds have agreed a deal worth upwards of £200,000 and the youngster’s medical is ongoing.
Already a nice early excuse from Arsenal fans for not winning the Premier League title next season!

Liverpool take on Yokohama in a friendly tomorrow (11.30am BST), so here’s our match preview, including a special occasion for Wataru Endo:
“As captain of the Japan national team, it must be with incredible pride that Endo travels back to his nation as part of a Premier League-winning side.
“Arriving from Hong Kong, Endo was among a group of players to recreate a famous photograph of The Beatles landing in Tokyo almost 60 years ago.
“Not only is Endo returning to his own country, but this is also a trip back to home turf, Yokohama FM being where childhood hero Shunsuke Nakamura played.
“While Endo never played for Yokohama, he grew up in the area and will receive a brilliant welcome from the locals.”

On this day in 1958, Liverpool signed Roger Hunt from Stockton Heath – the rest is history!
He went on to become one of the greatest Reds players of all time, scoring 285 goals in 492 appearances, and winning three league titles and one FA Cup.
