According to the Times‘ Paul Joyce, the Reds have accepted an offer from recently relegated Hull that could rise to £8 million:

This represents great value for the midfielder, who made just nine appearances for Klopp’s first team last season, including only 16 minutes in the Premier League.
The Scotland international is said to have left Hull’s pre-season training camp in Portugal on Monday in order to finalise his move to Merseyside, becoming Klopp’s third summer signing.
