The future of left back Emiliano Insua remains in the balance after he made his first appearance of pre-season in the 1-0 defeat to Borussia Moenchengladbach.
The Argentina international looked set to complete a move to Italian side Fiorentina after the two clubs agreed a price for around £5m but the move stalled last week after the player couldn’t agree personal terms.

Insua was replaced after 58 minutes by Fabio Aurelio, who has returned to the club after his contract expired in the summer.
