Didi backtrack on Bolton switch?

German midfielder Didi Hamann has sensationally changed his mind about moving to Bolton Wanderers with a desire to stay at Anfield after signing a contract at the Reebok stadium, according to reports.

Hamann has always expressed his wish to stay at Liverpool but after being told by manager Rafael Benitez that his first team appearances will be limited next season, it is thought he signed a contract with Sam Allardyce’s team.

But according to reports that the 32-year-old is now locked in a legal battle with a frustrated Bolton after Hamann’s wife objected against the move. It is now believed that Bolton either want Hamann to join the club, or pay off the £3million contract he has signed.
