Liverpool winger Yossi Benayoun has urged fans not to concede the Premier League title just yet, despite last night’s setback in drawing 4-4 at home to Arsenal.
The Reds moved top of the league on goal difference after the eight goal thriller, but second place Manchester Utd have two games in hand.
But Benayoun, who scored two goals last night, including a crucial 92nd minute equaliser, insists the Reds will battle ‘˜til the end.
He told reporters, “It’s very difficult. United are a strong side but we won’t give up and we will continue to try and do our best.
“We will keep trying, look to win our remaining matches, and hopefully we can still do it.”
