Former Liverpool defender Sami Hyypia this week retired from football and will now become a full-time coach at Bayer Leverkusen in Germany.
Hyypia played for the Reds betewen 1999-2009, winning all trophies possible – except the league title, before calling time on his Anfield days and making the move to the Bundesliga to finish his career.
On his retirement, the big Finnish defender had these words to say to the supporters of Liverpool Football Club worldwide.
