Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers says he’d prefer if FA Cup semi-finals weren’t played at Wembley, saying that it takes away a little bit from it.

“Wembley, for me, should be the ultimate game, the final game and you arrive there to win the final.”

“It’s winning and getting to the final that’s the priority,” he explained ahead of the Reds’ quarter-final clash with Blackburn Rovers on Sunday.
