Mohamed Salah has been voted the PFA Player of the Month for November, after scoring eight goals in six games in all competitions last month.
Salah has been in breathtaking form since joining the Reds from AS Roma in the summer, swiftly taking up a key role under Jurgen Klopp.
Liverpool have improved dramatically since their 4-1 loss away to Tottenham at the end of October, and Salah’s remarkable run of form has been a major factor.
The Egyptian found the back of the net seven times in just four Premier League games last month, averaging a goal every 40.4 minutes, and he scored another one in two Champions League outings.
This has seen Salah add to his growing list of accolades for the season so far, after being named the PFA Player of the Month.
Salah beat off competition from Man City‘s Kevin de Bruyne, Chelsea‘s Eden Hazard, Man United‘s Ashley Young, Watford‘s Richarlison and Stoke City‘s Xherdan Shaqiri.
The Liverpool No. 11 received 54 percent of the vote, underlining the backing he has received since making the move to Anfield.
He has also won the club’s Player of the Month award three times, as well as being voted into the Champions League‘s Team of the Week on two occasions so far.
Salah is also nominated for the BBC’s African Player of the Year, reflecting his popularity among Egypt supporters, whose influence is clear in the winger’s awards dominance.
Teammate Sadio Mane won the PFA award for August earlier this season.
