This is a massive challenge for LFC to undertake. We are talking about David and Goliath here in terms of spending. For years we have heard about the “fantastic” job Moyes has done at Everton where as the facts show they have won NO trophies. The reason everyone accepts this failure is because he hasn’t had the money to compete with other teams.

So with that in case, Liverpool haven’t had the money to compete with Chelsea so therefore have no right to beat them. The squad KD took over when he cam in January 2011 was MILES behind Chelseas at the time. Since then Chelsea spent £70 million in January 2011 compared to Liverpools £59 million, they spent £70 million in the summer compared to Liverpools £60 million and again spent millions in January on Cahill compared to Liverpools £0.

But we will win and have already this season proved as much, beating them twice at the bridge.

What has how much you spend on players got to do with anything?  It is about the right spirit and the right attitude, about passion and belief and who wants it most on the day, and that is us.  Liverpool Cup Kings Again.

Looking great for tomorrow; King Kenny’s army and he will be looking for a reaction to our tired set up on Tuesday night, more like the great show of last week against Norwich.  Two cups, both won 8 times will be a good end to a season with too many poor results, but which brings out the best in us when it matters most.  Good watching the road to Wembley Video.  My dad died just a week after the semi and that was the last time we were all together as a family.  Happy day.  Tomorrow is my birthday, so I am willing them to win for lots of reasons.  Come on lads, believe.
