Liverpool FC has released new footage showing Anfield’s Main Stand expansion as construction work progresses.
Construction workers are busy transforming the building, ready for the 20,500 fans that will support the Reds from the stand next season
The expanded Main Stand will create over 1, 000 new matchday roles at Anfield Stadium when complete.
Work to transform the new concourses, into modern spaces where fans can gather together before the game is well underway.
Meanwhile, the installation of an incredible 760 panes of glass is ongoing – including a unique section of red glazing, designed to provide fans inside with fantastic views across the city.
Construction is due to be completed later this year, with the new capacity for Anfield being around 54,000 from the start of next season.
