8 changes for Reds – Confirmed Liverpool lineup vs. Chelsea

Liverpool host Chelsea in their final home game of the season, with Jurgen Klopp making eight changes to the side that started against Watford on Sunday.

In come Nathaniel Clyne, Dejan Lovren, Kolo Toure, Emre Can, James Milner, Roberto Firmino, Adam Lallana and Daniel Sturridge.

Those changes mean it’s the same side that started against Villarreal last week, and likely the planned team for next week’s Europa League final – with changes to be made against West Brom on Sunday.

Simon Mignolet, Alberto Moreno and Philippe Coutinho are the only three to have started all three of the last three games.

Chelsea name Jon Obi Mikel at centre-back. There’s no Thibaut Courtois, John Terry or Diego Costa for the visitors.
