Stan Collymore gets in with his two goals in the first 4-3 thrilller against Newcastle, a match voted the greatest in Premiership history. He is up against a more prolific striker in the shape of Ian Rush though, whose four goal demolition of Everton in 1982 ensured he would be forever in Anfield folklore.
