Rafa Benitez has thrown a surprise by starting Peter Crouch alongside Fernando Torres in place of Ryan Babel tonight. Some reports suggest Babel may have a minor injury.
The midfield lines up with Gerrard, Kuyt, Mascherano and Alonso. Sami Hyypia comes back in alongside Skrtel with Carragher moving back to right back and Aurelio left back.
