FOAR selling out and topping the charts

The Fields of Anfield Road extended play album topped the iTunes charts after just one day of sales on Monday night.

Liverpool fans have been downloading and purchasing the single or album in an attempt to get the specially recorded song into the UK charts, and in doing so raise awareness of the twentieth anniversary of the Hillsborough disaster.

The Kop anthem has had an added verse penned by Liverpool fan and lead singer of The Farm, Peter Hooton, highlighting the 20 year wait for Justice. All proceeds from the sale of the single will go to the Hillsborough Family Support Group.

The single can now only be purchased online via iTunes, after the only retailer stocking the single – HMV – sold out within hours online and in the selected stores in the north west.

Download the single now and encourage friends and family to do likewise, the single only costs 79p on iTunes. Help carry the fight for justice and show your support for the cause.
