Liverpool attacker Dirk Kuyt believes the team are starting to properly click together now, improving all the time and it’s only a matter of time before the Reds win the league.
In an interview with Setanta Sports, Kuyt, who scored one of Liverpool’s three goals in the 3-0 victory over Newcastle Utd on Sunday spoke of how the team can beat anyone now.
He said, ‘œI’ve been here three seasons now, and we’ve progressed every year. It’s only a matter of time before we win the league.
‘œThe team has stability, it’s clicking, and if we don’t win anything this season we definitely will next year.
‘œThis is the best team I’ve played in. We beat Madrid home and away, United home and away, Chelsea home and away, plus we got a good result at Arsenal. We can compete regularly now with any side in Europe.’
