Newly appointed Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish has only been in the job 24 hours and despite the defeat at Old Trafford, pride has already been restored to the club and it’s fans.
Not only has the Scotsman united supporters but also spoken like a true Liverpool manager should; talking with dignity, pride and positivity.
When asked by a BBC reporter about Torres, the reporter said “nobody has a magic wand…”. To which Kenny replied “Fernando Torres has got a magic wand.” He confidently said “We’ll get him going sooner or later”.
‘The King’ described the penalty as a “joke” – “unless they’ve changed the rules it’s not a penalty”.
Dalglish praised youngster Martin Kelly who was most fans man of the match.
