Aston Villa 0-2 Liverpool

Liverpool cruised to victory over Aston Villa on Sunday afternoon, courtesy of two goals inside the opening 13 minutes.

Both goals arrived from corners, the first finished by Craig Bellamy after Jonjo Shelvey and then Luis Suarez had flicked their attempts goalwards, the second from the head of the in-form Martin Skrtel from a Bellamy corner.

Liverpool controlled the game and, again, hit the woodwork twice. Luis Suarez at his menacing best.
