Craig Bellamy was inspirational as Liverpool saw off Man City to progress to the League Cup Final and secure their first appearance at Wembley since 1996.
A Steven Gerrard penalty and Bellamy’s second half goal gave Kenny Dalglish‘s side a 2-2 draw in front of an electric Anfield against Premier League leaders City.
The Reds will now face Cardiff in the Final on February 26th.
