Liverpool line-up vs Man United: Sterling in for Coutinho

Brendan Rodgers makes one change to the Liverpool team, with Raheem Sterling replacing Philippe Coutinho in the starting eleven for today’s match at Old Trafford.

Lucas Leiva and Mamadou Sakho return to the squad after injury, they’re both on the bench.

Joe Allen continues in midfield alongside Steven Gerrard and Jordan Henderson from the Southampton victory two weeks ago.

Sterling starts in the front three alongside Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge.

The back four remains the same, with Glen Johnson and Jon Flanagan at full-back and Martin Skrtel partnering Daniel Agger in the heart of the Reds’ defence.

Man United name Marouane Fellaini in midfield alongside Michael Carrick.

Liverpool: Mignolet, Johnson, Skrtel, Agger, Flanagan, Gerrard, Allen, Henderson, Sterling, Suarez, Sturridge.

Subs: Jones, Sakho, Cissokho, Lucas, Coutinho, Moses, Aspas
