Liverpool have made a final offer of £25 million for Southampton midfielder Adam Lallana, according to reports.

The BBC’s Ben Smith writes on Saturday:
The Reds want to complete the deal swiftly or they will consider moving on to alternative transfer targets.
Lallana has been on the Reds’ radar for a while and the club are hoping to get a deal tied up for the 26-year-old before he flies out for World Cup preparations with England on Sunday.
The £25m bid for Lallana is a final attempt by #LFC to get the deal done. They have no intention of increasing that offer.

Speculation surrounding Lallana’s proposed move to Liverpool increased this week with the imminent signing of his Southampton teammate Rickie Lambert.
