Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher is the latest to the viral phenomenon that is the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.

The former Reds defender made three interesting nominations; old foe and Talksport presenter Adrian Durham – who Carragher once phoned live on air to challenge his opinion on his international retirement, Everton chairman Bill Kenwright, and ITV presenter Adrian Chiles.
