Adam Lallana was in good spirits as he answered questions from Sky Sports’ Monday Night Football team after Liverpool’s 4-1 victory over Swansea on Monday night.

The 26-year-old scored twice, alongside Alberto Moreno‘s second goal for the Reds and an own goal by former Liverpool midfielder Jonjo Shelvey.
“It was a massive, massive result. We said before the game that it was important we got back-to-back wins, to take the chance to get closer to the top four.
“The lads were brilliant tonight and to get the three points was good.”
When asked whether it was his best performance in a Liverpool shirt yet, Lallana replied: “Possibly. I’ve said this before, but I never thought it was going to be easy making the move from Southampton but the lads have been great for me.
“I’ve been playing a bit more central in the last three or four weeks and I’ve been really enjoying it with Philippe and Raheem as a makeshift striker, who’s been outstanding.”
