Liverpool will face an in-form FC Porto when they play the Portuguese side in the Champions League last-16 first leg on Wednesday night.
Sergio Conceicao’s side were 4-0 victors at Chaves on Sunday, with two goals for Brazilian forward Francisco ‘Tiquinho’ Soares. His double was added to by Moussa Marega and Sergio Oliveria.
The win means Porto are two points clear at the top of the Primeira Liga table, with a game in hand – and they haven’t lost a league game all season.
Indeed, they’ve won nine of their 10 home games in the league, and only conceded seven goals in 11 games at the Estadio do Dragao.
Apart from a penalty shootout defeat to Sporting in the semi-final of the Taca Da Liga last month, they’re unbeaten since October 17 – when they lost to RB Leipzig in the Champions League.
Their only other defeat this season was at home to Besiktas, also in the Champions League back in September.

Jurgen Klopp‘s side have only lost five games in all competitions this season – three in the league, plus defeats in the League Cup and FA Cup to Leicester City and West Brom, respectively.
They will clearly be facing a formidable opponent on Wednesday night.
