It’s Jurgen Klopp‘s third summer in charge at Liverpool and the challenge now is for the German to take the Reds to the next level – namely, winning trophies.
After achieving Champions League qualification in his first two full seasons in charge, and leading the club to three finals – although suffering defeat in each – Klopp faces a difficult challenge to progress to the next level.
With a squad that is now firmly his, Klopp will continue his evolution this summer but there won’t be wholesale changes made; increased squad depth and some key additions to the spine of the side are top of the agenda.
