Thirty Liverpool players will be in action during the November international break, with 19 of those set to represent their senior national teams.
The Reds’ 2-0 win at home to Fulham rounded off a mixed period following the last interval, and now Jurgen Klopp‘s side have a near two-week wait for their trip to Watford.
During that period, the majority of the Liverpool first team, and a host of academy players and loanees, head off for international friendlies and qualifiers.
Joe Gomez, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Jordan Henderson are among those, with the trio part of the England squad to face the United States and Croatia.
They could come up against Dejan Lovren in the latter, with the centre-back included in Zlatko Dalic’s squad to take on Spain and the Three Lions in the UEFA Nations League.
Brazil manager Tite has retained Alisson, Fabinho and Roberto Firmino for their clashes with Uruguay and Cameroon, to be held in London and Milton Keynes respectively.
Both Virgil van Dijk and Gini Wijnaldum will turn out for the Netherlands against France and Germany, while Xherdan Shaqiri is in the Switzerland squad to meet Qatar and Belgium.
There, he will link up with another Liverpool team-mate in Simon Mignolet, who will be hoping for a rare outing as the Red Devils also take on Iceland.
Andy Robertson will captain Scotland, while Naby Keita is set to wear the armband again for Guinea.
Mohamed Salah is part of the Egypt squad as ever, Sadio Mane will join Senegal and youngster Liam Millar is travelling for his fourth consecutive spell with Canada.
Harry Wilson and Ben Woodburn leave loan sides Derby County and Sheffield United to join the Wales squad, while Caoimhin Kelleher receives his maiden call-up for the Republic of Ireland.
Representing Klopp’s squad on the youth stage are Dominic Solanke (England U21s), Kamil Grabara (Poland U21s), Rafa Camacho (Portugal U19s) and Curtis Jones (England U18s).
Among those leaving their academy sides for international duty are Adam Lewis (England U20s), George Johnston (Scotland U20s), Tom Clayton (Scotland U19s), Neco Williams and Morgan Boyes (both Wales U19s).
Two of Barry Lewtas‘ key names at U18 level, Vitezslav Jaros (Czech Republic U18s) and Edvard Tagseth (Norway U18s), will also be in action.
