The weekend has seen the media giving out a mixture of reports surrounding Dutch striker Dirk Kuyt and his future.
Reports in England suggest the forward is all set to sign a contract with Liverpool, turning down an offer from Newcastle Utd.
But reports in Holland claim Kuyt is committed to Feyenoord for another season. Coach Erwin Koeman is quoted as saying, “I expect he will be staying with us for one more year and then we will see. At this moment there is nothing happening.”
Liverpool have until August 31st to sign new players, when the transfer window closes. It is thought that Kuyt would cost around £10million.
