A Liverpool team will play League One side Huddersfield in a friendly on Tuesday afternoon (2pm kick off).
The match will provide an extra run-out for several fringe players, including forwards Ryan Babel and Dani Pacheco.
Also set to feature are Fabio Aurelio, Danny Wilson, Jay Spearing and Martin Kelly – who, along with forward Nathan Eccleston, spent time on loan at the Terriers in recent seasons.
Goalkeeper Brad Jones will also get a rare start since joining as cover for Pepe Reina this summer.
