Liverpool could be without both striker Fernando Torres and defender Martin Skrtel for the final home game of the season against Manchester City at Anfield this afternoon.
Both were taken off injured during Wednesday night’s defeat in the Champions League at Chelsea, and are rated as doubtful to play.
This could give Peter Crouch an opportunity, whilst Andriy Voronin will also be hoping for a start.
Fabio Aurelio, Harry Kewell and Daniel Agger are manager Rafael Benitez’s only injury problems, all out for the remainder of the season.
Manchester City expect to have captain Richard Dunne back in the side after a hamstring injury, but England international Micah Richards looks set to remain sidelined.
In the league, Liverpool have only lost one in the last 13 games and have already clinched fourth spot in the Premier League.
Kick-off at Anfield is at 4pm and the match is live on Sky Sports One.
