Next Up: West Brom (a)

Well the title may be decided now, but Liverpool will look to end the season on a high and aim to finish with their most every Premier League points tally. Victory at The Hawthorns today would ensure that.

A win would also mean they will finish the season in second place in the league, earning an automatic Champions League spot.

But West Brom still have a chance of beating the relegation drop; anything less than defeat would see the Baggies down.

The Reds have no injury problems going into this game, and hope to have Spaniard Xabi Alonso back, who missed the 0-3 victory at West Ham on Saturday.
