Pepe Reina will captain Liverpool today, in the absence of captain Steven Gerrard and vice-captain Jamie Carragher, who both miss the trip to West Brom through injury.
Carragher picked up a calf injury in the first half of the win at Stoke in midweek, while Gerrard picked up a knock in training yesterday.
Charlie Adam returns to the side, while Luis Suarez is passed fit and partners Andy Carroll up front.
